Spring débutant season is here for Champagne. I even have to (quite literally) dust off my tuxedo for a launch next week. Luckily there was no such pomp involved for the quiet, yet rather impressive release of the third iteration of Champagne Fleur de Miraval. When the Perrin family of Châteauneuf-du-Pape stalwarts Beaucastel decided they wanted to make a top Rosé Champagne, they teamed up with a celebrity:
