UK bubbleheads: I’m thrilled to have teamed up with my incredible friends Sarah and Dan at the frankly astonishingly-good Oeno Maris in Newington Green for a Bring-Your-Own-Bubbles evening on Thursday the 28th March, alongside a six-course showcase of some of London’s very, very best seafood. Dan is an actual Master Fishmonger - think Master of Wine-level aquatic acumen - and the quality of what comes out in the beautiful event and wine space is hardly a secret any more….

The cost is £60 per head. I can’t really think of a better use of £60 in London than eating the above, popping some corks and chatting bubbles with friends new and old. All you have to do:
Bring some folks but please don’t share the event (or this post) publicly - there aren’t that many tickets and Six Atmospheres subscribers get first shout.
Choose a wine. There’s no minimums, no maximums - something you’d be very happy to share, and very happy to be poured. It doesn’t have to be Champagne - Italy, England, Spain, wherever so long as it’s Traditional Method. Bring it cold if possible please (we can chill it, but you have to wait then….)
Anyone that brings a magnum gets a special prize*
